I won’t be able to post as much because my computer finally decided to die. I’ll try posting as often as I can but the iPhone app is still pretty limiting. Hopefully I’ll be getting a new computer soon

lira70 asked: Well I've seen fake holos where the whole card shines and it's just crap and really obvious, but never one where the picture is holo as it should be. Also you can't see through fake cards anymore. Or not the new ones at least.
djgigabyte asked: Fake holo Pokémon cards do exist, but usually with a really bad holo. They are generally much easier to spot as fake than non-holo fakes.

A holo Japanese Ampharos (I'm not sure which set it's from), Japanese Lugia, Promo Mew, holo Blaine's Arcanine and a holo Dragonite from the fossil set. I was so excited! I also found a Pikachu, Raichu, Mew and Meowth plushie! I'm so happy. That's like, a sliver of my childhood. :3

These are a couple Ho-oh cards I own. They’re out of the same set, but are totally different. I was wondering if you knew of any significance as to why.

I actually do not know/ could not find any info on any ho-oh variations. I am not too familiar with the neo revelation set but can anyone else help?

I believe all languages other than English are printed later, and only the very first print run of English cards were shadowless, so it would make sense if they weren't. And of course, Japanese cards were made years before, completely independently.

Another note about shadowless
Machamp is the only card that can have a 1st edition stamp but not be shadowless. I forgot to mention that but someone reminded me. My bad
