What the heck
Is going on with the tumblr app? I can’t view any messages, or any of my older posts. Sorry to any that messaged, I’ll try to answer as soon as possible
sunshinecontamination asked: Have you gotten your cards yet? D;
About the card giveaway
I will be extending it another month seeing as how I don’t have a computer presently. I’ll also be throwing in a few extras to the winner to make up for this inconvenience
doanutfactory asked: Actually, is it alright if you reblog my post about the pulls? Sorry I know I submitted the picture, but I forgot to crop that one. The one I posted on my blog is better with more pictures. Thank you in advance! >.<
Anonymous asked: Do you have any jumbo cards? If so, can we see? c:
I won’t be able to post as much because my computer finally decided to die. I’ll try posting as often as I can but the iPhone app is still pretty limiting. Hopefully I’ll be getting a new computer soon
Anonymous asked: nice blog but i doubt you can beat my high score at tumblrtreats(.)com ;)
fyeahbilly-deactivated20121127 asked: Been following your blog for a while and I love it. I want to share a story about how I once had the rare Pikachu N64 as a child that I won from a candy sale at school. It was my pride and joy. In my teenage years I went through a stupid phase where I thought I was too good for videogames and gave the system to a friend. I no longer know that friend and I want my N64 back :( I check Ebay for it...
jaded-view asked: i have fake pokemon cards, and the holographic ones are basically just mirror-like. i could upload them for you if you want, so people can tell the difference.
lira70 asked: Well I've seen fake holos where the whole card shines and it's just crap and really obvious, but never one where the picture is holo as it should be. Also you can't see through fake cards anymore. Or not the new ones at least.
djgigabyte asked: Fake holo Pokémon cards do exist, but usually with a really bad holo. They are generally much easier to spot as fake than non-holo fakes.
lira70 asked: I don't think I've ever seen a fake holographic pokemon card. Have you?
supertart asked: Do you have any rayquaza cards you are considering selling? I'm thinking of buying one for my brother.
sunshinecontamination asked: Today I found a few Pokemon cards in my grandma's attic. A holo Japanese Ampharos (I'm not sure which set it's from), Japanese Lugia, Promo Mew, holo Blaine's Arcanine and a holo Dragonite from the fossil set. I was so excited! I also found a Pikachu, Raichu, Mew and Meowth plushie! I'm so happy. That's like, a sliver of my childhood. :3
zillycorn asked: I do the same, I like to organize my cards in binders by the set, and then I put the cards of each set I have in their correct numbered space and leave spaces for cards I dont have yet. :> Any doubles I keep in those tins you can buy, and I have a charizard tin solely for keeping my decks and damage/burn/poison counters. c:
jaded-view asked: Just wondering, does anyone else keep their cards in numerical order within a binder? I usually just see binders with cards not in any specific order. Is there some reason for that? I think having them in order of generation is pretty cool..
joer94 asked: Is it possible the one on the right is a fake? Shine a light through the back of it, and if you can see the pokeball through the front it's probably a fake, as all real cards have like a black layer in the middle of them to prevent players seeing through their cards.
A tad odd I'd say.
These are a couple Ho-oh cards I own. They’re out of the same set, but are totally different. I was wondering if you knew of any significance as to why. http://instagr.am/p/KuJb2TN2A8/ I actually do not know/ could not find any info on any ho-oh variations. I am not too familiar with the neo revelation set but can anyone else help?
Any fellow pokemon youtubers?
would love to subscribe to the followers that follow me on here!
Also selling all my Pokemon Cards...
leavetherestunspoken: They’ve been hiding away in my cupboard for years. Pretty reluctant to sell them, but, they seem to be going quite well just now on ebay… http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160803028626?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649#ht_500wt_1202
blackjackgabbiani asked: I'm looking to buy the poster that came with the box set of the Diamond and Pearl Adventure! manga. I already have all the single volumes so I just need the poster. Also if anyone can hook me up with the Singaporean editions of Golden Boys 1-3 (the whole series) and Magical Pokemon Journey 8-10, I'd much appreciate it. I'm in the US if it matters.
djgigabyte asked: I have never come across a non-English shadowless card. I believe all languages other than English are printed later, and only the very first print run of English cards were shadowless, so it would make sense if they weren't. And of course, Japanese cards were made years before, completely independently.
Anonymous asked: Do you think shadowless cards were released elsewhere than the US?
Another note about shadowless
Machamp is the only card that can have a 1st edition stamp but not be shadowless. I forgot to mention that but someone reminded me. My bad
Anonymous asked: Thanks for the info.
Unknown Japanese Card
http://fc03.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2012/136/4/a/pokemon_card_by_dracodoctorwhofan-d501jzh.jpg Here is the card that I needed identifying, if you could tell me anything about it, I would be happy. And apologies if I have submitted this incorrectly, I’m still not used to Tumblr. That card is called fossil egg and is from the set Neo Discovery. Here is a link to read...
Anonymous asked: So shadow is better? Is it actually a type of card like holos, rares, dark, etc? Or is it a long term effect that happens over time? Idk the card on the right looks a lot better?
Anonymous asked: I have an old Japanese trainer pokemon card and I was wondering, if I took a picture of it, would you be able to identify it for me?
jaded-view asked: Feel kinda lame for asking, how can you tell the difference of a shadow/shadowless card? I have some cool holos I'd like to determine
